Sim Racing Championship Manifesto

Driven by Passion. Built on Respect. Focused on Growth.
This championship is born from a simple idea: sim racing should be accessible, fair, and rewarding for everyone. Whether you are stepping into the virtual cockpit for the very first time or you already have experience under your belt, you are welcome here. This is a space where beginners can learn without pressure, and experienced drivers can refine their craft while contributing to a positive environment.

Our Core Principles

1. Clean Racing Above All
We value respect on track more than raw speed.
A clean overtake is worth more than a risky one.
A fair battle is more important than a victory.
2. Consistency is King
Our philosophy is simple:

It’s better to be slightly slower, but consistent.

Lap after lap, precision and control matter more than pushing beyond your limits. The real achievement is not just crossing the finish line—but doing so with discipline and minimal mistakes.
3. Finish First… by Finishing
Results matter, but completing the race cleanly matters more than position.
Mistakes are part of learning, and a reasonable margin for error is expected—but growth comes from reducing them over time.

The Starting Point: A Learning Championship

We begin with an accessible format designed to help everyone build confidence:

  •  No tire wear
  •  No fuel consumption
  •  No damage
  •  Easy-to-handle cars
  •  Short races, with a few longer ones to build endurance

This phase is about learning racecraft, building consistency, and gaining control in a low-pressure environment.

Progression and Challenge

At the end of the championship, drivers will have the opportunity to move to the next level. In the advanced tier, we gradually introduce:

  •  Tire wear
  •  Fuel consumption
  •  Pit stops
  •  Damage
  •  More powerful cars
  •  More technical circuits

Progression is earned through consistency and commitment. To move up, drivers must meet a minimum standard:

  •  Achieve lap times within 107% of pole position
  •  In at least 75% of the races

Drivers who prefer to stay, or who do not meet this threshold, will remain in the current category—where they can continue improving at their own pace.

Community First

This is more than a championship—it’s a community. We are building a space that is:

  •  Respectful
  •  Supportive
  •  Non-toxic

Fun and learning go hand in hand.
Helping others improve is just as valuable as improving yourself.

Rules and Enforcement

To protect the integrity of the championship:

  •  Decisions regarding penalties are final and not subject to appeal
  •  Repeated misconduct may result in sanctions or bans

Respect for others and for the rules is not optional—it is the foundation of this project.

Final Thought

This championship is not about being the fastest driver on the grid.
It’s about becoming a better one—race after race.
Drive clean. Stay consistent. Enjoy the journey.
