Welcome to the "Formula Fun" iRacing FF1600 league!
As the iRacing/MX5 Cup league was so much fun, we're hosting another but this time with the open wheel FF1600
As the car and tracks used for this league are all free content available to everyone, there's no additional barrier to entry aside from your iRacing sub and with rain a distinct possibility at most rounds it's certainly going to be entertaining! The format for all rounds will comprise of 30min free practise (this will give everyone more than enough time to join the server) / 10mins open qualification / 2x20min races with race two a full reverse grid...we've always found race two to be the highlight of the night with the topsy-turvy grid and the server will open @ 7:20pm BST, so please ensure you have joined the server before the end of free practise or you won't be able to start the race.
NOTE : At each round, all the free iRacing road course tracks that wasn't used on the MX5 Cup league will be added to "The wheel of doom" and this will be spun on the night just before each round to decide the track that is raced, so please disregard any indicated track that might show for each round on the event page...just class these as "placeholders."
