Velocity International Racing League's GT3 & GT4 Pop-up Race

Overview:

Velocity International Racing League is a new host, born from the XBOX community at Slipstream International. This will be one of many one off fun races, running standard 15 minute qualifying, and 45 minute race.

Event Structure:

Race will take place at 8PM EST  Server will be reset promptly at 7PM to start official practice, but will be open to all participants a few days in advance

• Practice: 60 mins starts 1 hour prior
• Qualifying: 15 min Standard timed starting at 8pm
• Race: 45 min
• Time of Day: Afternoon
• Ambient: Varies
• Weather: Clear

Qualifying is standard 15 minutes. Drivers leave the pit lane, perform as many laps as you can in the given time frame.

There will also be 1 mandatory pitstop for tyres.

Drivers may switch cars in SimGrid until 4pm on the 8th of june.

Assists:  

• All tiers will have the maximum stability control setting to 0. Other than the ones mentioned here, all assists are allowed to be used.

Regions:

• Our Assetto Corsa Competizione Xbox event runs at a time that enables all North American and European-based drivers to participate.

Stewarding: 

• Our Discord incident reporting functionality will be used for after-the-race reporting, with a window of 24 hours.
• The stewards can and will hand out penalties without reports if they deem it appropriate and necessary
