Velocity International Racing League Presents: The Midweek Sprint Series Season 3
Overview:
Velocity International Racing League's Midweek Sprint Series is a short race series for Drivers who cannot spend time on weekends to league race. Drivers will contest ten 45 min rounds starting August 15, 2024, with the season culminating at the Nurburgring 24H.
Event Structure:
Event will start at 8PM EDT on Thursdays with a 60 minute practice. Qualifying will begin around 9PM EDT. Servers will be open to drivers for practice one week in advance. There are no mandatory pitstops for this series. Refueling will be disabled.
Car swaps are permitted for the first 3 rounds. The car you choose to start Round 4 in will be the car you finish the championship in. Drivers will not be permitted to move from Top Split to Bottom Split, or vice versa. The Class you select at registration will be the class you finish the series in, and is based on Classification in our Discord. Before registering, join our discord and complete your license classification to register in the appropriate class.
There will be 3 drop rounds for this series, with your best 7 results counting towards your season points total.

Assists:
- All tiers will have the maximum stability control setting to 0. All other assists are allowed to be used.
Regions:
- Our Assetto Corsa Competizione Xbox event runs at a time that enables North American drivers to compete.
Stewarding:
- Our Discord incident reporting functionality will be used for after-the-race reporting, with a window of 24 hours.
- The stewards can and will hand out penalties without reports if they deem it appropriate and necessary
