SLIPSTREAM INTERNATIONAL AUSTRALASIAN CHAMPIONSHIP
Overview: Slipstream International continues our official midweek championship to satisfy the desires of drivers in the southern hemisphere.
Championship structure:
ยท Slipstream International introduces the Australasian Championship Series. This new weekday series will run on Wednesday @ 7pm AEST starting May 1st. This will be a 12 round championship with the 12th event as a double points championship race. The series will run from May 1st through July 17th with the championship race on July 17th.
Each driver will get 3 drop rounds. The best 9 results across the season will be the final Standings.
Drivers will need all the track pack DLC listed below to participate in every race.
ยท Intercontinental GT Pack (Kyalami + Suzuka)
ยท British GT Pack (Donington Park)
ยท American Track Pack (Watkins Glen)
ยท 24H Nรผrburgring Pack (Nordschleife)
Race format:
Each race event features:
ยท 30 - minute official practice
ยท25 minute official qualifying
ยท Followed by an 60 Minute race
ยท open pitstops
ยท No car swaps after race three (All previous points lost if car swap occurs after race 3) Standard point structure

Practice server:
ยท The practice server will always be set up one week in advance, after the completion of each week's race. Drivers will be notified when the server is set up.
Assists:
ยท All tiers will have the maximum stability control setting to 0 and auto steer disabled.
ยท Other than the ones mentioned here, all assists are allowed to be used.
Day/time:
ยท Race events will take place on Wednesdays at 7pm AEST
Stewarding and live streaming:
ยท Standard 25 minute qualifying sessions take as many laps as needed during the allocated time.
ยท Simgrid's incident reporting functionality will be used for after-the-race reporting, with a window of 24 hours. The stewards can and will hand out penalties without reports if they deem it appropriate and necessary
ยท Each driver will have 15 license points. Penalties can add time and/or subtract license points.
ยท 5 penalty points, the driver won't be able to qualify in the next race
ยท 10 penalty points, the driver won't be able to race in the next race (no wildcard)
ยท 15 penalty points, the driver won't be able to race anymore in the season
ยท After 1 clean races, one point will be removed.
