eSeniors | Season 11 | GT3 Championship

WELCOME - Welcome to the eSeniors GT3 Championship!  This is a world wide sim racing league that is intended to provide a clean, competitive, and respectful racing environment for sim racers 50 years of age and older.  

SCHEDULE - 

GT3 Warmup race is held on Fridays and have the same setup as the Championship Race. It is not mandatory to attend, but it's highly encouraged and no points will be counted. 

GT3 Championship Races are held on Saturdays.

The GT3 Championship race is 50 minutes with a 30 minute qualifying session.The session will be divided in three 10 minute split qualifiers with Platinum going out first, then Silver and then Bronze.

There will be a full formation lap.

The pit window will be open for 40 minutes

EVENT TIMELINE - A typical event timeline is as follows:

1. 1:25 pm ET, Practice server shut down.
2. 1:30 pm ET, Mandatory Driver Briefing,  Race server password provided.
3. 1:35 pm ET, Qualy mode, 25 min. session to join server, bio-break, etc.

Race Event

1. 2:00 pm ET, Qualifying, 30 min.
2. 2:30 pm ET, Race starts

COMMS - All official series communication will be handled through the eSeniors Discord channel. Please join here: eSeniors Discord (REQUIRED)

The mandatory Driver briefing takes place promptly at 1:30 pm ET, on the eSeniors "Pre-race Meeting" voice channel 

REMINDER RE: USER NAMES - You must use your REAL NAME in all of our platforms including ACC, Discord and SimGrid. This will assist stewards, admins and drivers in case we need to contact you.

STEWARDING - eSeniors Championships will have steward review of all FIRST LAP incidents. For incidents on laps beyond lap 1, drivers may file a report using the Incident Report Form .
