EVENT TIMETABLE
Drivers briefing 7:50 pm UK time
1 x 10 min Practice 8 pm UK time
1 x 20 min Qualifying 8:10 pm UK time 10 mins AM & Silver then final 10 for Pro!
2 x 25 min Race 8:20 pm UK time - Ballast is applied to the top 3 finishers in each class which carries over to the following round. Live Broadcast - on the RTO YT channel
PIT STOPS
None Required in this Championship Success Ballast In this championship the top 3 finishers will receive ballast (TBD before round 1) this will carry over to race 2. Then the top 3 from this will carry that to race 3 (round 2) etc. The top 3 from race 1 for example who do not finish in the top 3 for racer 2 do not carry ballast over to round 2 its only the top 3 in each race. This will be explained in the Seasons opening Driver Briefing! Please make sure you attend this!
LIVE STEWARDING
This championship will have live stewards for the first lap only. Any incidents after lap one need to be reported in the RTO Discord. Driver Briefings Driver Briefing attendance is mandatory each week. This is so we can relay messages to you the drivers but also so you can have your say if you need to raise anything.
CUSTOM LIVERIES
The use of custom liveries made outside of the game is permitted in this sprint series. Any politically charged or potentially offensive material on a custom livery will see that driver banned from the series. We use Awesome SimRacing for all our livery needs, so be sure to upload your livery to our community and it will get synced with our broadcaster, you can do this here: UPLOAD LIVERIES HERE. The info for this is also in DISCORD if you are unsure of how to use this.
WITHDRAW AND RESERVES
If a driver is unavailable to attend a round in the championship, then use the withdraw function. This is found by clicking on the `Races` tab, and then `Admin` on the round you need to withdraw from. There you will find the withdraw button. Please check the info tab to see how many sign-outs are permitted. If a driver has withdrawn from a race but wishes to attend the race after all, please contact a staff member as the slot may have already been filled by a reserve driver. if you miss 2 races without hitting the withdraw button you will be DSQ'd from the championship.
