Description and Instructions

Season 6 is here! Take your place on the grid and discover what makes the Sprint Cup so unique! Mixed ability grids, day and night races, a dynamic weather system, and commentated action on Twitch! Qualifying begins every Friday at 7:00 PM (UK time). All Races will be broadcast on our Twitch channel! 

Format:

All times are based on the UK. There will be a switch from 18:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC to accommodate for daylight savings, but the time will remain constant at 7pm London time.

  • Free Practice: 18:30 
  • Qualifying: 19:00
  • Race: 19:20
  • All Races are 40 minutes

Pit Strategy

There will be no mandatory tire change, instead, drivers are required to make one 25s mandatory fuel pit stop. Tire strategy is entirely up to the driver.

Weather System

Following the overwhelming support from the previous seasons, the Sprint Cup will continue with our proprietary weather system. While the league itself will play out over a two-month period, we've tried to simulate an extended racing calendar in regards to seasonal weather. Each week, we will post a weather report well in advance of each race which will give you some details about the incoming weather, with a variety of temperatures and precipitation levels. A practice server will also be provided to help drivers get a feel of race conditions.

Custom Liveries

The Sprint Cup will support custom liveries, You will be given an opportunity to submit them before the first race.

Drop Round

We will be allowing one drop round for all drivers! This will automatically remove a driver's lowest result over the course of the season. This will essentially forgive a missed race.

Miscellaneous

You must be in our discord to participate. Races will streamed officially by our commentator Spitz! Season 6 of the Sprint Cup will consist of eight races spread over 9 weeks, with a one-week break in the calendar.
