Season 7 has just finished and we already have Season 8 ready to go. This is also the first of many championships to be using The Sim Grid Technology.
Last season we used older GT3s but we are back to using the modern GT3 beasts where drivers are able to use all the new evo variants. We are using a shorter calendar this season as well due to the end of last season proving it's hard for drivers to commit to a full season with it now being Summer and some restrictions easing up in some countries from the pandemic.
Please note that this league is on Thursday evenings.
If you haven't taken part in a previous OTL league you must successfully complete an evaluation race. Two evaluation races normally run two weeks prior to the season start.
As always, every race will be streamed live with commentary from Matt on the OTL Twitch channel. We hope to see new people racing with us, as well as many regulars. To get involved please join the OTL discord at https://otlracing.com/discord. The signups are limited to 50 drivers.
REGISTRATION
Signups are made private for a day for drivers who took part in the previous GT3 Series Season, after they are made public it's first come first served. Once signups are full there are 10 reserve spots where if a full-time spot were to open the first reserve would take their place.
You can signup to either a Pro or Am class. Please signup in the appropriate class to ability, experience and pace. If you are unsure feel free to ask an admin in the OTL discord. The classes will be reviewed in the opening stages of the championship.

There is no live stewarding for this series however after the race you can report an incident with our form which can be found in our discord.

BOP
We will be using the default 2020 BoP this season with no adjustments.
WITHDRAWING FROM A ROUND
It is important to notify us if you can attend each round. If you cannot attend a race you can simply click the "WITHDRAW" button in the races page of the championship on The Sim Grid website under the admin tab of the specific round. If you don't attend a race without withdrawing you will receive penalty points that carry over in to other championships and can potentially get you DSQ from the championship.
