5 second time penalty:
[ ] Passing another car off the track/leaving the track and gaining an advantage.
[ ] Causing a less-severe collision with another driver.
[ ] Forcing another car off-track.
10 second time penalty:
[ ] Causing a severe collision with another driver (given to driver “predominantly to blame”).
[ ] Overtaking under Safety Car conditions.
[ ] Re-joining the track in an unsafe manner and causing a collision.
20 second time penalty (drive through penalty):
[ ] Ignoring of yellow flags (resulting in dangerous incidents).
[ ] Unsafe rejoin - less severe dangerous incident.
30 second time penalty (10 second stop-go penalty):
[ ] Ignoring of yellow flags (resulting in dangerous incidents).
[ ] Unsafe rejoin - must be considered to be a dangerous incident.
General Conduct:
[ ] Poor racing etiquette, including; moving under braking, swerving on the straights, ignoring of blue flags, will all be met with a minimum five second time penalty - depending on the severity.
