IDC christmas race
Friday evening 23 December we will do an extra event within IDC. We do a double (short) race at Watkins Glenn of two times 25 minutes, in which we use a reverse grid principle for the second race. We start as usual at 19:00 (CET / Dutch time).
- Practice: 30 min
- Qualifying: 15 minutes
- Race 1: 25 minutes
- Short break 10 min (so we can fix the fixed entry list with reserved grid)
- Race 2 (reverse grid based on Race 1)
Weather conditions: Race1 we start early in the morning around 06:00 in the dark with a high time multiplier, so that we drive into the light. Race 2 will be in the light around 13:00 in the afternoon.

Vrijdagavond 23 december doen we een extra event binnen IDC. We doen een dubbele (korte) race op Watkins Glenn van twee keer 25 min, waarbij we voor de tweede race een reverse grid principe hanteren. We starten net als normaal om 19:00 (CET / Nederlandse tijd).
- Practise: 30 min
- Qualifying: 15 min
- Race 1: 25 min
- Korte break 10 min (zodat wij de entrylist kunnen verzorgen met een reversed grid)
- Race 2 (reverse grid op basis van race 1)
Weersomstandigheden: Race1 starten we de vroege ochtend rond 06:00 het donker met een hoge time multiplier, zodat we het licht inrijden. Race 2 zal in het licht zijn rond 13:00 in de middag.

Practise / race server: We will create an practice and race server on wednesday, so everyone can practice before. In ACC lobby search for 'indep' and you will see the right Independent Driver Community Races server.
Practice and race live results: All driven times will be recorded and posted on our timing website. Check out idc-simracing.eu for the best times from our practice server!
Pitstop: A pitstop, tyre change and refueling isn't mandatory.
Weather: Races will either use fixed weather or variable weather. The practice server will be configured with the same weather that applies to the race 1
Car Choice: Once the season has started, you cannot change your car selection and / or start number so choose wisely.
Stewarding: We don't use live stewarding. If someone knowingly breaks that trust multiple times, a penalty or other punishment will follow.
Discord: All drivers must join our Discord server. Our Discord server is the main channel of communication between us as organisers and you the drivers.
It is mandatory for every driver when joining our Discord server to change their server nickname to their real first name, last name is optional.
