📜 Championship Rules & Regulations

1. General Conduct

  • Respect: All drivers are expected to treat fellow competitors and league organizers with respect on and off the track. Toxicity or unsportsmanlike behavior in Discord or in-game chat will not be tolerated.
  • Discord Requirement: Joining our official Discord server is mandatory. Official announcements, briefing notes, and server passwords will only be shared there.

2. On-Track Behavior & Racing Etiquette

  • Clean Racing: Drivers must leave adequate racing room during overtakes. Dive-bombing, weaving on straights to defend, or deliberately contacting other karts will result in penalties.
  • Safe Rejoins: If you spin or leave the track, you must wait for a clear gap before re-entering. Entering the track unsafely into oncoming traffic is strictly prohibited.
  • Track Limits: Drivers must keep at least two wheels within track limits. In-game penalties are active, and persistent cutting will be reviewed post-race.

3. Incident Reports & Stewarding

  • Post-Race Stewarding: Stewards will review reported incidents after the race.
  • Submissions: To report an incident, submit a video clip in the #steward-reports channel in Discord within 24 hours of race completion.

4. Attendance & Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals: If you cannot attend a race, you must use the withdrawal feature on SimGrid at least 12 hours before event start.
  • No-Shows: Repeated unexcused absences (no-shows) may result in losing your grid spot for future rounds.
