RULES

Stewarding

The event will be stewarded by monitoring the sessions with the iRacing default incident logging system. Teams will have 40 incident points before iRacing automatically applies a drive-through penalty, then it will be every 10 incident points for further automatic penalties.

Stewards will also be manually applying pit lane penalties such as drive-throughs for major contact. Stewards will follow a three-strike system for multiple warnings, collisions and offenses. Teams causing multiple incidents will result in harsher penalties such lap penalties. Below is a list of outcomes:

  • Causing a Collision: Drive-through
  • Start of Race Collision: 1 Lap Penalty
  • Race Restart Collision: 1 Lap Penalty
  • Three Warnings: Drive-through
  • Three Major Offenses (Multiple Warning Penalties/Causing Collisions/Start Collision): 1 Lap Penalty

Teams will also be able to manually report incidents in our discord. This will help stewards prioritise incidents throughout the event.
