JJ Motorsports – Event Rules & Regulations General Rules
- Race with respect and sportsmanship at all times.
- Deliberate contact, dangerous driving, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
- Drivers must leave racing room when battling.
- Track limits must be respected at all times.
Race Format & Starts
- Complete the standard in-game formation lap and maintain a consistent gap.
- Please try to always finish the race, even tough you had a bad start, too much penalty’s or too much damage. Also for yourself, it‘s gives better rating in SimGrid.
- Racing begins only when the green flag is displayed.
- Overtaking is prohibited before crossing the start/finish line.
- Exercise extra caution during the opening lap.
Overtaking & Defensive Driving
- The responsibility for a safe overtake lies primarily with the overtaking driver.
- One defensive move is permitted.
- Moving under braking or reactionary blocking is prohibited.
Blue Flags
- Lapped cars must remain predictable.
- Do not brake suddenly on the racing line.
- Allow faster cars to pass safely on a straight.
Pit Stops
- One mandatory pit stop is required.
- The stop must include refuelling and a minimum stationary time of 25 seconds.
- Tyre changes are optional.
- Watch the pit limiter to avoid penalty’s
- Stay within the white lines during pit entry and exit.
- Crossing the pit exit blend line is prohibited.
Rejoining the Track
- Rejoin safely and yield to oncoming traffic.
- Unsafe rejoins may result in penalties.
Vehicle Damage
- Significantly damaged vehicles must use the “Return to Garage” function.
Communication
- Respect all drivers and community members.
- Toxic behavior, abusive language etc. may result in disciplinary action.
Bonus Points ⚡Fastest Lap: +2 Championship Points
- Driver must finish the race.
- Lap must be within track limits.
- Only the fastest valid lap receives the bonus.
Additional Notes
- We always try to be as fair as possible for giving penalty’s. When you want to report an incident on track, you can always make a ticket in the Discord.
