Phoenix SimSport Season 19
Phoenix SimSport welcomes you to Season 19! Join us on track for some action-packed races as we move forward into our 19th Season!
The Formula Regional series returns for its second season at Phoenix! Claim your place now!

Race Schedule
- Briefing (10 mins): 18:50 UTC
- Qualifying (10 mins): 19:00 UTC
- Race 1 (80km/~30 minutes): 19:15 UTC
- Race 2 (55km/~20 minutes): 19:50 UTC

Signup Information
- All drivers must also provide their details in the signup and livery channel on our Discord server to complete registration.
- Drivers are encouraged (but not required) to form teams for this championship.
- Custom liveries are permitted, but not required.
- There are 28 full-time seats. The remaining 10 slots are for reserve drivers.

Event & Server Info
- The server runs on a looping practice session throughout the week before each event.
- A weather forecast for each event is provided on the attendance bot at the start of each week.
- The car has been modified from default - the download link for the new car will be available in due course.
- You will need to re-join the server for each race session.
- RealPenalty is required for this event.
- Whenever possible, there will be a race director for this event.

Race Format & Scoring
- The starting grid for race 1 is set by the qualifying order.
- The starting grid for the race 2 is set by reversing the top 10 finishers from race 1.
- Penalty points are used to adjust points standings due to the different points tables for race 1 and race 2.
- One point will be given to the car that set the fastest lap in each race.
- Two additional points are also given to the driver who qualifies on pole position for race 1.
- An extra point will be awarded for every position a Driver gains during race 2, up to a maximum of 10 points. These points will only apply to the Driver’s Championship points total.
- For each team, only the two highest scoring drivers each race contribute to the Team's Championship points total.
- Drivers are given one (1) round drop score in a season.

Attendance Requirements
- Briefing attendance is mandatory for all drivers. Please let us know if you cannot make it beforehand.
- Drivers are allowed up to three (3) withdrawals in a season.
- Withdraw from the rounds you cannot attend on SimGrid to keep your attendance ratio.
- Poor attendance will result in your disqualification and removal from the championship.
