10 Race Calendar
League Format
Free Practice - 1 Hour (19:00pm) GMT
Qualifying (One Class Per Server) - 15 Minutes (20:00pm) GMT Qualifying (2 or more classes per server) - 20 Minutes- PRO/AM first 10 minutes of the qualifying session only
PRO - Final 10 minutes of the session only
AM - Separate server all cars on track
Race - 1 hour (20:20pm) GMT
Licence Placements.
All new drivers to SIM Racing Club MUST COMPLETE 5 CLEAN RACES WITHOUT INCIDENT.
Once this has been completed your licence will be granted one of the following licence categories: GT3 PRO, GT3 PRO-AM or GT3 AM.
This is an average race pace based placement.
Pitstop Rules:
55 Minute Pit Window
1 x Mandatory Pitstop (Fuel Only 25s Minimum stop time) Tyre change is optional
Server will be reset each week at 19:00PM GMT on race day fresh to enter to begin Practice.
Realistic Weather - Weather will be set as of the Tuesday before as close to what could be expected in real life at the circuit.
Stewarding - All stewarding will be done through the discord server by opening a thread in the stewards office section on discord all drivers are expected to either stream or save the full race replay in order to send in any incidents they wish for the stewards to review. penalties will be applied as per the SRC Rule Book.
All drivers will have until 19:00PM BST the following day send in any incident reports and any responses to an incident must be submitted within 24 hours of the conclusion of the race. Each incident will be dealt with on a first come basis and dealt by the admin team. Any admin or Stewards that are involved in an incident will not be allowed to take part in the review of their incident. Along side this any admin that may benefit from the outcome of an incident for example an incident between 2nd and 3rd happens and an Admin/Steward finishes in 4th then that admin will not be allowed to take part in the review of the incident as to not have any influence on any outcome that may benefit an admin/steward.
Car Selection All drivers can choose any GT3 car they would like to drive throughout the season and will have up until 12:00 on the day of the season opener.
*NO CAR CHANGES ARE PERMITTED AFTER ROUND 1*
* Patreon members will still receive one free car change per season without any effects on their championship points total
