The FRL Open • Nordschleife

The FRL Open is a concept that allows drivers to race, freely! Formula Racing League heads to the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife for a one-off off-season multiclass event. With GT3, GT2, Ferrari Challenge, Lamborghini Super Trofeo, Porsche Cup, GT4, and BMW M2 all sharing the track, this is racing without limits. Limited practice and a 50-minute qualifying session puts pressure on every lap, while a 2-hour race with a x12 time multiplier delivers the feel of a full 24-hour cycle. Consistency, awareness, and control will decide who comes out on top.

Balance of performance

All GT2, GT3 and GT4 will use LFM BoP as tested extensively.

Some other adjustments will be made as mentioned below

• Porsche Cup: -12kg
• Lamborghini Super Trofeo: -10kg
• Ferrari Challenge: -40kg
• BMW M2: -40kg

The M2 races on a class of its own and -40kg is intended to make it as fun as possible to drive. The Porsche Cup, Lamborghini ST and Ferrari Challenge have had their lap-times analysed by top esports drivers and the bop applied to bring them into competitive range of the GT2 cars enabling them to compete in the same class.

1 Server: <= 45 Sign Ups
Waitlist: entrants 46 to 64
2 Servers: > 65 - 90 sign ups
Waitlist 2: entrants 91 - 104
3 Servers: 104 - 135

In the event of 2 or 3 servers, the servers will be tiered. All entrants new to FRL will be placed in top tier to avoid sandbagging
