Description and Instructions

Welcome to the Nissan Gt-R Nismo Challenge

A 4 round 1-make series featuring “baby Godzilla”. Come test your driving skills in this Japanese classic across 4 countries at some iconic tracks. The grid will be separated into a Pro and AM class depending on participation numbers. Sign up in either class, a practice server will be set up to post lap times for classification. Simply post 10 valid laps in the server and you will be notified of your class for the series. A practice server at Monza will be used for classification. Search “ARL Console” to find practice server. Password will be “arl123”

Races will be 45 minute sprints, with a 70 minute final race at Suzuka. Final race will be worth double points. 2 bonus points awarded to fastest lap in each class. Reverse grids will be used after Round 1. No qualy sessions after Round 1, a reverse finishing order from the previous race will be used to set the start order for the next race. Each race will feature 1 mandatory stop for at least 1L of fuel, tires always optional. Only 5 sets of tires will be given out for each race weekend.

Race day consists of:
  • 40 minute Practice Session
  • 20 minute split qualy(only for Round 1) First 10min for Pro/Final 10min for AM
  • 45 minute Race(70min Finale Race) with 1 mandatory stop for at least 1 liter of fuel, tires always optional

Blue flags do not have to give up the racing line. We ask that you do not defend into the corners and allow room if possible or a slight lift down the straights to help facilitate a pass. It is the faster car’s responsibility to make a safe pass on blue flagged cars. If you are a blue flagged car, you are allowed to unlap yourself at anytime in the race. Common sense is the best tool in these situations.

ARL is committed to clean, fun, competitive but fair racing. We’re all here to have fun so bring the good vibes only. Purposely blocking other drivers or sabotaging races will not be tolerated along with driver bashing after a race. Most disputes can be worked out via private chat. Please read ARL’s rulebook, found on discord, before participating. Please stream or record your race for incident reporting. ARL’s incident reporting will open 12 hours after each race on discord.

Any questions or comments, DM @PrinceNiek on ARL discord.
