Description and Instructions

OVERVIEW

Welcome to the GT3 Championship - Season 1 at rapiddrivers.club!

This is a GT3 only, solo driver series.

There will be only a single split for this series, with 50 slots, and they will be issued on a first come first serve basis.

There will be popularity ballast for this Championship, which means the cars with over ten entries will have the same amount of ballast applied as the number of entries registered. Example: 14 BMW M4 registrations means all M4's get +14kg of ballast for all races of the Championship. Choose wisely!

There will also be success ballast, meaning that for the next race, the previous podium will have the following weight added to their entry:

  1. +15kg
  2. +10kg
  3. +5kg

Weather will be based on real life forecast, meaning it will change during the practice week until race day.

ENTRIES WILL CLOSE ON THE 16TH OF NOVEMBER 2022 AT 18:00 UTC.

EVENT TIMETABLE

This series will take part on Wednesdays, on a bi-weekly basis, with the following schedule:

  1. Round 1 - November 16 2022
  2. Round 2 - November 30 2022
  3. Round 3 - December 14 2022
  4. Round 4 - December 28 2022
  5. Round 5 - January 11 2023

Regarding sessions, they will be as follows:

  1. Practice (10 minutes)
  2. Qualifying (15 minutes)
  3. Race (60 minutes)

STEWARDING

This series will have post-race stewarding.
