LMU GT3 Sprint Cup - Road to LeMans | Season 1

VELOCITY INTERNATIONAL'S LMU GT3 SPRINT SERIES - Road to LeMans  |  SEASON 1

Velocity International is a Sim Racing Community born from Console ACC. Over the past three years we have grown to over 2400 followers across Console ACC and iRacing. This series is the first season of our LMU GT Series. Join us to help shape the future of our LMU Community!

This series will see Drivers contest races of 45 minutes in the GT3 class. 

SERIES CALENDAR:

All races take place on Thursday's @ 8:30PM EDT starting April 9th, 2026. All reported times will be in Eastern Time:

1. Fuji
2. Spa (Night)
3. Monza (WEC)
4. Interlagos
5. Portimao
6. LeMans (Night)

SCORING:

We will use the SimGrid Progressive scoring system. Bonus point for fastest lap.

Final round will have double points.

Series DETAILS:

• Drivers will be allowed max signouts.
• Series to include 1 Drop Round
• Car swaps will be permitted, but with penalty
  • First car swap is free 
  • Second car swap is a 10 point reduction 
  • Each subsequent swap is X+5 points
    • Third swap is 10+5 points 
    • Fourth is 15+5 points, etc
• Drivers to request car swaps in Discord channel, Admin will update registration
• Drivers joining in the incorrect car will be marked as DNF

RACE DETAILS:

• Open Setups for all races
• Start Type: Rolling Start
• Practice: 20 minutes
• Quali: 15 minutes
• Weather: Variable Weather
• No mandatory pitstops
