π Official No Refund Disclosure & Participation Agreement
By registering and submitting payment for High Point Racing IMSA Season 5, all drivers acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. No Refund Policy:
All registration fees, entry fees, and payments made to High Point Racing are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Voluntary withdrawal from the league
- Schedule conflicts or personal matters
- Removal due to rule violations
- Disqualification, suspension, or permanent ban
- Internet, hardware, or software issues
- Failure to attend races after registration
2. Code of Conduct & League Rules:Participation requires adherence to all league regulations, sporting conduct standards, and community behavior policies.Any driver removed for violations of league rules or community standards will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Sponsorship & Organizational Obligations:
High Point Racing operates under active sponsorship agreements and organizational contracts. Administrative decisions made to protect sponsors, league integrity, and participant experience are final and may result in removal without refund eligibility.
4. Competition Commitment:
Drivers acknowledge they are purchasing entry into a competitive racing league and event experience β not guaranteed race results, standings, prizes, or continued membership.
5. Agreement Acceptance:
Submitting registration and payment constitutes full acceptance of:
