Description and Instructions

It's almost that time of the year again, HALLOWEEN! Who doesn't love it?!

Introduction

Halloween means a spooky and scary track in the dark. So we will be racing at Zandvoort - on the 30th of October - at night, which means that you can't see much since there are almost no lights, even scarier. And with that we'll be doing a livery contest, so you'll forever get the bragging rights for the best Halloween livery! More info on that below.

Weekend overview

The weekend will go as follows:

  • Drivers Briefing: 13:30 PM GMT / 8:30 AM ET (15 minutes)
  • Free Practice: 13:45 - 14:00 PM GMT / 8:50 - 9:00 AM ET (15 minutes)
  • Qualifying: 14:00 - 14:20 PM GMT / 9:00 - 9:20 AM ET (20 minutes)
  • Race: 14:20 - 17:20 PM GMT / 9:20 - 12:20 AM ET (3 hours)

This race does not have any pit requirements and a maximum of 3 drivers will be allowed for this race.

Livery contest

We encourage everybody to let their creative side take a turn at the wheel. The best livery will get all the bragging rights within JL Motorsports.

The use of custom liveries made outside of the game is permitted in this event. However, the use of these liveries is not officially supported by the game developers. Please be aware that running external custom liveries can induce significant client-side lag when another user connects or disconnects. Liveries can be submitted on the following page: https://forms.gle/WWHNmpSnSX1z3E276. The submitted liveries will be updated 2 hours before Free Practice (11:45 AM GMT / 7:45 AM ET).

Additional services

All races will be streamed at https://twitch.tv/jlmotorsports_ There will also be live stewarding for each race, incidents involving contact should not be reported. However, incidents that don’t include contact should be submitted in the following form: https://jlmotorsports.co.uk/reports/
