Cactara racing TCR classic

This series is all about classic touring cars from the 60s and 70s, when racing was close, physical, and decided as much by judgement as outright speed. Expect heavy cars, modest grip, and races that reward patience, consistency, and respect for the machinery.
The focus is on clean, fair racing and enjoying the challenge of period cars rather than chasing modern esports-style perfection. Door-to-door racing is part of the character of these cars, but avoidable contact, divebombs, and over-aggression are not.
Qualifying and race formats will be kept simple and consistent across the season. Stewarding will be handled manually, with common sense applied rather than rigid rule-book racing. Livery choice is free unless stated otherwise, but period-appropriate designs are encouraged.
This is intended to be a proper season rather than a collection of random events. Drivers are expected to make a reasonable effort to attend rounds and to communicate in advance if they are unable to race.
If you enjoy classic touring cars, close racing, and a relaxed but respectful atmosphere, this series should be a good fit.
