NZR: New Zealand Racing 24-Hours of Nürburgring

All Rules are based on NLS and the N24: 

Rules: 
Yellow flags: Start slowing down 
Code 120: Slow to 120km 
Code 60: Slow to 60km 
Blue flag: This means a faster car is coming up behind, and it is the faster car's job to pass you. 
Red flag: All cars slow to 60km and return to the pit (no pressing ESC to return to the pits) 
Mandatory Pit Time: All cars must stay in the pits for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the number of laps completed (5 to 8 laps are required). If 1 lap is completed due to technical issues, there is no Mandatory pit time.)

Penalties: (All cars will stop at the start of the pit lane to serve their penalty)
Speeding in a yellow flag zone and code 120 and code 60 is a 1-minute to 90-second penalty or a DSQ.
Speeding during a red flag for qauil or even the race, they will have to start from the pit lane and from right at the back of the field. 
Not completing your mandatory time will result in a 90-second time penalty.

If the time penalty is not served within 3 laps, your team will be DSQ.
All-time penalty can be appealed, but you cannot appeal a DSQ.
