📓PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

• YOU MUST BE IN THE DISCORD TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR EVENTS!
• All Drivers MUST complete the REGISTRATION requirements in the Discord prior to registering for this championship
• Drivers who fail to register may RECEIVE PENALTIES. 
• Please read our RULE BOOK.

• PLEASE COMPLETE OUR DISCORD REGISTRATION BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR THIS CHAMPIONSHIP.
• Enter the class that pertains to your discord role after registration. Just because you are a rookie on SimGrid does NOT mean you are a rookie in our league.
• Please double check your roles in discord for clarification.

📅Race weekend schedule

• P - 7:00 pm CET (45min)
• B - 7:45 pm CET (15 min)
• Q - 8:00 pm CET (15/23 min) 
• R - 8:20 pm CET (60 min)

⏱️qualifying

• 7 min - GT4
• 1 min - Clear Track
• 7 min - GT3 Pro/AM

🛞pit requirements

• Pit window - 30 mins
• Mandatory Fuel
• Fixed fuel time
• Tires NOT required

📝other important stuff

• 1 Drop Round
• 1 withdrawals
• -5 Championship Points for non-withdrawn missed races
• Max of -10 points for DQ
• Success penalties:
• The top 3 in each class will serve a time penalty in the subsequent race as follows: P1-15s | P2-10s | P3-5s 
• Car Changes have to be announced 24 hours prior to the race and will result in qualifying ban.

• We have our own in house BoP to replace the LFM. Feedback is welcome.

🧑‍⚖️stewarding

• All races will have live-stewards, but you are also able to submit incidents up to 24-hours after the race in our #🎫│acc-reports channel on discord.
