Description and Instructions
You know, Halloween night is the perfect excuse for a good race lol. ARL presents The Halloween Run at The Glen. A 75 minute GT3 race around this famed track with 1 mandatory stop and a 1-lap qualifying format. Possible rain on the forecast, a race start time in the dead of night, and a pit window, things are gonna get spooky!đ± The winner from this race will be receiving a 1yr Discord Nitro subscription from ARL! Any and all drivers are welcomed to register. Practice server will be setup on Oct. 19th. Check ARLâs discord for more info.
Race Night:
Server reset at 8pm EST with new password(Password can be found on ARL Discord under ârace day passwordâ tab)
Practice: 40 minute practice session
Qualy: 5 minute qualifying session(1 hot lap)
Race: 75 minute race with 1 mandatory stop(with pit window)
Qualifying will be 1 hot lap. On the out lap, drivers will be creating a gap in sector 3 before the hot lap. Use caution as there is no passing during qualifying. After youâve completed your hot lap please return to the pits. If you invalidate your hot lap please return to the pits. Drivers violating the 1-lap qualy rules will still be permitted to race but wonât be considered for the prize.
There will be a 25 minute pit window during the race to clear your mandatory stop. Pitting outside the pit window will not count towards your stop.
Tickets will be implemented for this race. We ask that you stream or record your race in case youâre involved in an incident. To report an incident, simply create a ticket and upload a clip of the incident with your POV from the race and the drivers name and number you are reporting. No explanation is needed, the stewards will request more info if needed. If you are tagged in a ticket simply upload your POV of the incident. No explanation is needed unless asked for by the stewards. Any conversation between drivers can be handled in DMs or general chat. Tickets can be created on Discord under the incident-reporting tab. Failure to respond to a ticket or violating the ticket process rules can carry its own penalty.
Not mandatory but weâre asking all drivers to use an all black livery with any color LED lights you want. It should make for some good photos for the communityđ»
