4. Driving Rules
Track Limits: iRacing automatically applies 1x/2x/4x incidents. Respect track boundaries.
Defending: One move allowed. Dangerous weaving is forbidden.
Blue Flags: Lapped cars must let faster cars through safely within 3 corners - Only of the same category, if it isn’t, because you are in a lower category, you are not forced to let them pass.
Pit Entry/Exit: Must respect pit entry/exit lines. Unsafe entries/exits may be penalized.
Restarts: No overtaking before the start/finish line (unless otherwise specified).
5. Penalties & Stewarding
Incident Review: After each race, drivers may submit protests within 24h.
Types of Penalties:
Warning
Time penalty (added post-race)
Drive-through / Stop & Go (if necessary in-race)
Points deduction
Disqualification / race ban (in severe cases)
Incident Points:
Accumulated iRacing incident points may trigger penalties if excessive (e.g. 20x = post-race penalty).
6. Behavior & Fair Play
Respect: No insults, harassment, or toxic behavior (in-game or Discord), all in DM.
Rage Quit: Strongly discouraged; repeat offenders may be penalized.
Broadcasting/Streaming: Drivers are encouraged to stream, but must not use offensive overlays, also you can share them at #driverstreams
Admins’ Decision: Final and binding.
7. Technical Requirements
Connection: Stable internet required (constant lagging may result in race suspension).
Hardware: Wheel and pedals mandatory. No keyboard/gamepad driving.
Voice Comms: Push-to-talk mandatory on Discord during races (race control channel).
8. Championship Titles
Driver’s Champion: Highest points total.
Team Champion: Sum of best two drivers per team.
Rookie of the Year: Best-performing new driver.
9. Broadcasting & Media
Official Stream: Races may be broadcasted on Twitch/YouTube.
Driver Interviews: Top 3 finishers may be asked to join post-race interviews.
Media Rights: By joining, drivers agree to appear in promotional materials.
10. Final Notes
Rulebook Authority: Admins’ decisions are final.
Updates: League reserves the right to adjust rules mid-season with proper notice.
Spirit of Competition: Rules exist to ensure clean, fair, and enjoyable racing for all.
