Race Length: 6 Hours
1. General Information
- This event is organized as an endurance race on ACC.
- All participants are expected to race fairly, respectfully, and in good faith.
- The Race Director and Stewarding Panel have full authority during the event.
2. Event Format
- Practice 1: 4 hours
- Practice 2: 4 hours
- Pre Qualifying: 1 hour top 15 drivers will go to Q4
- Qualifying 1: 30 minutes 15 drivers will be eliminated
- Qualifying 2: 30 minutes 15 drivers will be eliminated
- Qualifying 3: 30 minutes 15 drivers will be eliminated and the remaining drivers will go to Q4 to fight it out
- Qualifying 4: 30 minutes all drivers from Q3 will fight for Pole
- Race: 6-hours drivers will fight for the win
3. Team & Driver Rules
- Teams must have 2–4 drivers.
- Each driver must complete at least 1 hour.
- No driver may exceed 70% of total race time (~4h 12m).
- Driver swaps must be completed in-game via ACC.
4. Technical Rules
- Cars: GT3 (primary)
- BoP: LFM BoP
- Setups: Free, within ACC limits.
- Liveries: Must be appropriate (no offensive logos, politics, alcohol/tobacco/gambling).
- Hardware: Wheel recommended. Gamepad allowed. Stable internet required (<200ms ping).
5. Race Procedures
- Start: Rolling start, double file. No overtaking until green flag.
- Pit Stops: Minimum 2 driver swaps per team. Refueling and tire changes allowed.
- Flags:
- Yellow = caution, no overtaking.
- Blue = let faster car through safely.
- Red = session suspended.
- Safety Car/VSC: May be deployed if required by Race Control.
6. On-Track Conduct
- Clean, respectful driving at all times.
- Overtaking: The overtaking car is responsible for making a safe pass. Divebombs or contact will be penalized.
- Defending: One move per straight. No weaving.
- Track Limits: At least 2 wheels on the racing surface (white lines). Repeated violations = penalties.
- Rejoining Track: Must be safe and without endangering others.
7. Penalties
- Warning: For minor infractions.
- Drive-through penalty
- Stop-and-go penalty
- Time penalties (added post-race)
- Disqualification for repeated or severe misconduct.
All incidents can be reviewed by stewards. Teams may submit protests via the official Discord within 30 minutes post-race.
8. Points & Classification
- Scoring: Standard endurance points system (customizable by organizer).
- Cars must complete 70% of winner’s distance to be classified.
- Ties broken by finishing position, then qualifying order.
9. Communication
- All teams must be in the official Discord server during the race.
- Only the team captain may contact race control during the event.
10. Code of Conduct
- Respect officials, competitors, and broadcasters.
- No harassment, toxic behavior, or cheating.
- Exploiting bugs or glitches = instant DQ.
- Broadcast interviews (if applicable) require professional behavior.
11. Red Flags & Server Issues
- If the server crashes before 75% distance, the race may be restarted or results taken from the last completed lap.
- After 75% race distance, results may be declared final.
