OVERVIEW
To celebrate the European Le Mans Series returning to Silverstone in 2025 - Motorsport UK Esports is hosting the 4 hours of Silverstone using the car classes from the real-world event.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE REGISTERING
- This event is for drivers who are 16 years old and older - if a driver is proven to be younger than 16 the Team will be disqualified from the event
- All drivers must have a Paid Motorsport UK Esports Membership - https://esports.motorsportuk.org/membership/
REGISTRATION
To register for this event, click the "Register Team" button. On the next screen, select your team, the drivers of the car, the class you want to compete in, the car and the desired car number. If you cannot see the drivers you would like to select then you need to instruct the other drivers to 'follow' the team you are racing in. Once all drivers are following the team you can then select them as drivers
EVENT RULES
- Rolling Start
- Open Setups
- Fast Repairs: 1
- Driver Fair Share rule enabled (no designated drivers)
- Minimum Licence: Class D 2.0
- Drive Through Penalty after 45x incident points and then every 15x after that
- Strict qualifying in game scrutineering
- 2-4 drivers per team
- Qualifier does NOT need to start the race

- Drivers briefing - 10:45 BST
- Practice - 11:00 BST
- Qualifying - 11:40 BST - (Lone Qualifying, 3 Laps, 10 Minutes)
- Warmup - 11:50 BST
- Race - 12:00 BST
PRIZES
To celebrate the return of ELMS to Silverstone we have six pairs of tickets for the ELMS race on Sunday 14th September up for grabs. These will be allocated as follows:
- The winning team of each class will receive a pair of tickets
- A team in each class selected at random from all finishing teams will receive a pair of tickets

STEWARDING
There will be stewarding throughout the event. There will not be live stewarding but a team can protest an incident via the
PROTEST FORM for stewards to review. Penalties will be issued through the race in the form of warnings, drive throughs and stop go penalties depending on the severity of the incident
BROADCASTING
The event will be broadcast LIVE courtesy of RaceSpot TV, the link will be made available here closer to the event.
WEATHER
The in-sim game date will be the 14th September 2025 with the race start time mirroring the real-world start time of 11:30am BST
The weather will be set to "forecasted" and 'allow heavy fog' enabled. All sessions after practice will have marbles set to 'Carry Over'
CUSTOM LIVERIES
Custom liveries are permitted through Trading Paints
If you are displaying any logos on your car then you must have permission from the owner to display these on your car
All liveries submitted must adhere to the iRacing Paint Policy found
here (policy updated 08/12/21)
Any politically charged or potentially offensive material on a custom livery will see the team banned from the race.
