Basic Rules and Regulations for the Out of Fuel Simracing International Event Series - Summer 2025:
- Driver car registration is locked in at 6:00PM ET the day of the first race.
- Drivers are expected to behave on-track, in text chats, and in voice chats in a respectful manner. While the definition of "respectful" can be subjective, this includes but is not limited to:
- Making every effort to avoid contact when possible
- Ensuring pass attempts do not put either driver at risk of collision
- Cooling off appropriately before discussing grievances
- Avoiding inflammatory remarks (including remarks that discriminate against others on basis of race, gender, sexuality, religion, etc.)
- Points are awarded as follows:
- Drivers will receive 1 point for participating in a given race
- The Driver in last place will receive zero additional points
- For each ascending finish position, drivers will receive one additional point
- Ex: in a 5 driver race, points are awarded from first to fifth as: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
- Out of Fuel Simracing reserves the right to penalize, punish, ban or remove any drivers for any behavior that violates the rules, as well as any behavior that is determined to violate the basic premise of respectful racing. Out of Fuel Simracing reserves the right for any Administrative or Moderation staff to use their own discretion when determining if an individual has violated any quality of conduct. Out of Fuel Simracing reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any rules to this list as the organization sees fit.
