The Mission Motorsport x Positive Perception - Virtual Race of Remembrance will take place at Paul Ricard on the weekend of October 4th-5th 2025, with qualifying on Wednesday October 1st. The final grid will be announced during a live event at Thruxton on October 3rd by Mission Motorsport. Teams are required to feature the Mission Motorsport and Positive Perception logos on their cars, as well as ‘REMEMBER’ on the rear wing. A full livery guide PDF will be provided. Teams will secure their places on the grid through a minimum donation amount to be paid via a link provided in the official V RoR (virtual race of remembrance) discord. These are the Rules and Regulations for this event, which all teams and drivers are expected to follow.

Classes: GT3 & GT4
There are no mods needed for this event.
1. The event runs over 24 hours, with a starting time of 11:05. Proceeding this start, there will be a 2 minute silence.
2. GT3 and GT4 entries have the full choice of cars available in ACC.
3. Teams must make a donation to confirm their entry. Details will be provided in Discord.
4. Teams should consist of 3 - 6 drivers.
5. Stint limits will be confirmed no less than 1 month before the qualifying date.
GT3 - 60 Teams
GT4 - 20 Teams
GT4 sign-ups will occur before GT3, and all places are on a “first come, first served” basis. Your entry isn't confirmed, until a donation has been received and checked by admins.
1. The standard ACC driver swap system will be used.
2. Teams must ensure ‘Driver One’ enters the server first before other team members join.
3. Maximum of 2 drivers per team on the server at any time.
There will be NO server restarts for any reason. Teams must ensure they join correctly.
1. This event will be live stewarded by the Positive Perception admin team along with volunteers from Mission Motorsport and other communities.
2. A protest form will be available throughout the race. Teams must submit protests with video evidence.
3. Replay files will be made available hourly in Discord, but teams should not rely solely on these.
4. Stewards’ decisions are final.
5. Stewards have the authority to issue time penalties and drive-throughs as required.
6. Any abuse towards stewards or race participants will result in penalties or removal from the event.
1. Teams must use the provided template and submit liveries before the deadline.
2. Liveries must feature Mission Motorsport, Positive Perception, and ‘REMEMBER’ on the rear wing.
3. No explicit content is allowed.
1. This is an endurance event; aggressive driving will be penalized, especially in the first lap.
2. The race will use a standard in-game rolling start with a full formation lap.
3. Pit entry and exit rules must be followed at all times.
4. Track limits will be enforced by the simulation, and penalties will not be cleared manually.
1. Slower cars must be predictable; staying on the racing line is recommended.
2. Faster cars are responsible for executing safe overtakes.
3. Any contact occurring during lapping incidents will be reviewed if reported.
4. Lapping cars should aim to overtake on corner exits and straights, rather than attempting risky dive-bombs on corner entries.
1. Overtaking under yellow flag conditions is prohibited until safely past the incident area.
2. If a major incident occurs, race control may call a Full Course Yellow (FCY).
a. Admins will type ‘FCY, FCY, FCY’ in the in-game chat, followed by a countdown.
b. All cars must engage the pit limiter for the duration of the FCY.
c. The pit lane will remain open during an FCY.
3. A countdown will be provided to indicate when the FCY is lifted.
1. Qualifying will take place on 01/10/25 (time to be confirmed).
2. All team members may attempt to set their fastest lap.
3. Grid positions will be determined by the team's fastest overall lap.
4. Any team deliberately avoiding setting a lap time (e.g., Last to First challenges) will receive a penalty.
