OMSR LMU Championship Season 1

In an effort to keep this championship as fair as possible, the following rules/penalties may be amended at any time. If there is an amendment to a rule/penalty, it will be announced here https://discord.com/channels/1044739436463804526/1344704563701223545 and the rule/penalty will carry a (*) for the remainder of the current season.

Points Structure

Points will be awarded down to 10th position for each class

• 1st -  25pts
• 2nd - 18pts
• 3rd -  15pts
• 4th -  12pts
• 5th -  10pts
• 6th -    8pts
• 7th -    6pts
• 8th -    4pts
• 9th -    2pts
• 10th -  1pts

Drop Rounds

• There will be 1 drop round in this series. Your worst finishing position will not be counted towards your points total.

Penalties

• At this time there is no way to apply penalties during the race, so any penalties will be applied after the race has been completed.
• You MUST report any incidents you wish to have the stewards investigate within 24hrs of the event start time. Event start time is defined by the scheduled server launch time. Reports after this time frame will be disregarded and will NOT be looked at.

• Repeat offenders may incur more severe penalties.

Penalty Reporting Procedure

Please refer to your replay for a timestamp of the incident you are reporting and use the below format for reports.

• Round of incident
• Time of incident (from race replay)
• Lap of incident
• Your name and car number
• Driver you are filing the report against
• Brief description of incident. (This is optional)

Please follow the above procedure for reporting incidents. The stewards are volunteers who do not have all day to comb through replays to find an incident. Any reports failing to follow the above reporting procedure will be disregarded. It is your responsibility to make sure you file a report correctly.
