No, not command and Conquer but Clios & Cadwell for some french/british TCR like carnage.

Practice and Qualification is 10 Minutes.

Race 1 is 20 minutes, Race 2 is 20 minutes long with reverse order based on results of race 1. Race takes place on the short club variant of track.
