Description and Instructions

SPRINT CUP EVENT FORMAT

Class: GT3 

Day Of The Week: Sunday

Start time: 7:00pm BST/GMT

EVENT RULES

Pit requirements:

1 x tyre change 

Refueling is allowed

No pit window

 

Event Length

Practice: 60 minutes (from 18:00)

Qualifying: 15 minutes of superpole qualifying (at 19:00) 

Race:  45 minutes (from 19:15)

Weather: Announced on sign up page

Points: Drivers must complete 75% of the leaders race distance in order to earn points

CAR CHOICE

Free choice of any GT3 car, but must use same car throughout season without any changes. 

There is no limit on number of specific car selection. 

Any car change during the season will incur a 30 point penalty, and is only allowed ONCE.

Championship Structure

Overall pole sitter in each round gains an extra bonus point. 

Superpole will apply to all drivers. 

You can have as many out laps as you need but you MUST NOT cross the start/finish line or drive through the pit lane.

Once you cross the start/finish line you only get 2 consecutive flying laps before you must return to the pits.

If you invalidate any laps there is no reset, you must continue and complete your laps. 

Any issues of intentional blocking or if you feel you’ve been blocked or obstructed then please report to the stewarding team by submitting a clip to ⁠the stewards

Please be advised that drivers that are NEW to the championship, must submit a screenshot of their best time for class assignment. The screenshot will only be accepted if it is from the DownForce Unlimited server with proof, and CANNOT be done in any single-player mode.
