We will be running TWO classes within the GT3 category!
AM | PRO
RACE SCHEDULE
- 19:30 - Practice
- 20:30 - Qualifying (12min / 12min)
- 20:55 - Race (45 minutes)
*All times displayed are CET
Important Information:
- One mandatory pit stop
- Refuelling is required
- Fixed refuel time (25s)
- Pit window: 15 minutes
- Full formation lap.
Split qualifying
The qualifying session will be split between classes. AM (red-plated) drivers qualify first. PRO (white-plated) drivers may leave the pit lane once there are 12 minutes left in the session. This also marks the chequered flag for AM-drivers who must RETURN TO GARAGE immediately after finising their final laps.
If qualifying is not split for a round, it will be announced on approppriate channels on Discord and in the ingame chat.
Weather
We will be using our very own live weather system! This means that the the weather will be similar to what it was in real life at 15.00. Practice servers will also use live weather, so the actual weather of the race is impossible to predict especially with how ACC calculates weather settings.
split distribution
The drivers are split between the AM and the PRO class. Sign up in the class you feel you fit. If we notice that a driver is not suited to the class they're in, they will be switched to the other class mid-season.
Generally, AM drivers are slow and PRO drivers are quick. If you are somewhere in between, we recommend signing to PRO if:
- You are mostly very consistent and only rarely make big errors on track
- You are a fairly experienced racer (note: not driver, racer)
- You know the racing etiquette almost throughout (you know what to do and what to not do while racing and you know you can and will follow these rules)
RACE WITHDRAWals
If a driver cannot attend a specific race, they must withdraw from the round. If the driver does not withdraw, they will lose championship points and eventually be disqualified. You can only withdraw from 3 races, If you are going to miss more rounds, please leave the championship.
Drop rounds
There will be two (2) drop rounds. This means that the two worst results of each driver will not be taken into account in the final championship standings. Races withdrawn from count to drop rounds.
CAR CHANGES
Your car may not be changed after the season has started. The deadline to sign up and switch cars is 24h before the first server start.
ENTRY FEE
This championship is free to enter.
CUSTOM LIVERIES
The use of custom liveries made outside of the game is permitted in this event. However, the use of these liveries is not officially supported by the game developers. For syncing liveries we will be using awesome-simracing. Please make sure that you have setup the client and that your api-key is up to date. Read how it works
