BLUE FLAG MAIN RULE >> The lapping driver is responsible for attempting a safe overtaking manoeuvre on the blue flag driver, just as they would if they were overtaking a driver for position.

Drivers receiving the blue flag are not required to move off the racing line to allow the lapping driver to pass.
