- Eligibility and entries
- Open to invited team members only who meet our race standards.

- Each driver is responsible for their account and internet connection.

- Race format and schedule
- Practice, qualifying, and the race window are published in advance.

- Races run to a fixed number of laps (per briefing); standard start procedures apply.

- Where used, stages provide points and defined breakpoints; details in the briefing. Top four places get stage points. 1st-4, 2nd 3, 3rd 2, 4th 1

- Vehicle and setup rules
- Cup class and custom setups are allowed; no prohibited performance mods.

- Conduct and safety
- No intentional wrecking, excessive blocking, or unsportsmanlike behavior.

- Respect others’ cars and equipment; avoid reckless aggression that counters the spirit of the league

- Penalties and appeals
- Penalty ladder: Warning → Time penalty at the end of the race → Place Relegation-Drive-through penalty served either in current race→ Disqualification → Suspension and Expulsion.
- Captains are the race stewards; we will handle incident penalties and evidence such as replays may be requested. We will use AI to determine faults and to issue penalties. League Commissioner has the final say so on how penalties with the exception if he is involved. If the Commissioner is involved, and the asst commissioner shall have final say so unless he is involved with the incident. If the asst commissioner is involved it goes to Captains committee.

- Appeals process available within a defined window with submitted evidence.

- Each team will be able to submit their evidence and an account of what the incident from their point of view.

- Communications and etiquette
- Use respectful language; no harassment or hate speech.

- In-game chat/voice for race craft and strategy only unless permitted otherwise.

- Please keep personal talk and especially talk about politics to a minimal.
Race day procedures
- Arrive early, join lobby, and follow posted warm-up, qualifying, and grid procedures.
- Qualifying procedure will consist of Commissioner or Asst. Commissioner setting a lobby for short qualifying session featuring 4 to 8 laps depending on the track. Results of qualifying will be broadcasted on the Ogun Network Twitch channel. Captains are responsible for relaying their teams times to the commissioner. After the times are recorded the Commissioner and captains will align ppl in their qualifying spots. 2 Bonus points will be awarded to the pole holder. Each team depending on how many poles they win throughout the season will be awarded bonus points at the end of the season.
- Points, standings, and awards
- Points awarded by finishing position; stage wins and poles may yield bonus points as defined in the briefing. 16 and Descending. Only if you are suspended will you not be awarded points. If you disconnect before you leave you will be the last place on the grid.

- Tie-breakers: most wins, then best finishing order; standings verified and published after each race.

- Stewarding, reporting, and disputes
- Incident reports via official channel; include time, track, players involved, and evidence. If you are not able to make the Stewards meeting, please submit to soflylegecy what explanation you would like to see. If another captain has a different explanation, they will be able to submit their point of view.

- All Captains are Stewards and they only will review all incidents; decisions are final unless an explicit appeal is granted.

- Cheating and exploits
- Exploitation, mods, or game manipulation prohibited.

- Violations may result in, suspensions, or bans based on severity.

- Please do not watch another teams stream during the race. If found doing this, a suspension or explusion maybe place based on this behavior.

- Privacy and moderation
- Protect personal data; do not share passwords.

- Moderators enforce rules and may mute or remove participants as needed.
