iRacing Porsche Cup Series

Its time to bring back an old favorite

After 18 long months of absence, many requests and a whole new generation of car, the return of the Porsche Cup Series is here!

Starting March 29th we will be taking the German marque's legendary single class cup car and fill the tracks with the harmonic sound of screaming flat plane 6-cylinder engines, challenging low aero battles and high speed danger through every event with an unfamiliar twist we have seldom seen in Simufur events.

Details

This championship consists of six races, with a drop round.
The calendar is available in the "Races" tab.

Races will be post-stewarded, and any penalties will be given in the form of DWP & Time penalties.
The report form will always open roughly one hour after the end of each race, and will remain open for a further hour.

Format

We will be utilizing a 2 race sprint format with the grid set from the results of race 1 with a top 10 reverse grid

• Practice length: 10 mins
• Quali length: 20 mins
• Race length: 2x30 min sprint races
