1) Classes & Eligibility

  • Classes: GT4 (open to all grid ratings) and GT3 (Rookies only).

  • Drivers must select a class for the season; class changes require admin approval.

  • Tracks: Vanilla/base-game ACC tracks only (no DLC).

  • BoP: LFM Balance of Performance applied server-side.

2) Schedule & Session Flow

  • Qualifying: 20 minutes total → GT4 (10 min) then GT3 (10 min).

    • When it’s not your class, remain in the pits. Impeding another class may invalidate laps and/or incur penalties.

  • Race: 40 minutes.

  • Start: Short formation → rolling start.

  • In-game time: 22:00 (night).

  • Server password posted in Discord 30 minutes before green.

3) Pit Stops & Strategy

  • Mandatory: 1 pit stop within the pit window.

  • Pit Window: 10:00 → 30:00 (race time).

  • Fuel: Mandatory refuel (add ≥1 L) to validate the stop.

  • Tyres: Optional (no tyre change requirement).

  • Serving a DT/Stop-Go does not satisfy the mandatory stop.

  • Stops outside the window do not count; you must stop again inside the window.

4) Weather & Server Settings

  • Primary conditions: night races with clear/light clouds for visibility and consistency.

  • Time multiplier and any minor weather variations may be announced per round in Discord.

  • LFM BoP enabled.

5) Liveries

6) Stewarding & Incident Reports

  • Lap 1 is automatically reviewed in every round.

  • Post-race stewarding for all other incidents via driver submission (clip + timestamp, lap, corner).

  • Possible outcomes: NFA, Warning, Time Penalty, Grid Penalty, Penalty Points.

7) Withdrawals & Attendance

  • Max Withdrawals Allowed: 2 per season.

  • Withdraw Window: ≥1 hour before round start via SimGrid.

  • Penalty Points per Missed Race: 5 (no-show or late withdrawal).

  • Max Penalty Points Until DSQ: 15 (disqualification from the championship).

 8) Scoring, Drop, and Finale Double Points

  • Per-class points are awarded separately for GT3 and GT4.

One Drop Round: After the finale, each driver’s single worst round is dropped from championship race points.

    • Not dropped: Penalty points, steward penalties, withdrawals/no-shows.

    • DSQ results cannot be used as the drop round.

  • Finale — Double Points: The final round awards 2Ă— race points and 2Ă— podium bonus points. Penalty points are not doubled.

  •  Tie-breakers (after drop and double points applied): most wins → most podiums → best finish in the last round.

9) Multiclass Etiquette & Blue Flags

  • GT4: Hold a predictable line; don’t jink mid-corner.

  • GT3: The overtaker is responsible for a safe pass; set up on straights/braking — no divebombs into GT4 battles.

  • Defending: One move + return allowed; no reactive weaving.

  • Rejoins: Safe and parallel to traffic; yield until fully up to speed.

10) Track Limits & Penalties

  • In-game track limits apply (Warnings → DT/SG).

  • If you gain an advantage by leaving the track, give it back immediately or expect a penalty.

  • Do not force others off or exploit penalty clears.

11) Communications & Requirements

  • Discord membership required for passwords, briefings, stewarding links, and admin notices.

  • Stable ping/connection required; persistent lag/warping may result in removal.

12) Terms & Admin

  • Admins may adjust settings for server stability and fairness.

  • Streaming/recording is welcome; maintain professionalism in comms and chat.
